What if my nose blocks up in the night?
You breathe through the vent. That is the main reason the tape has a hole in it. If it happens often, that is what nasal strips are for.
Is it safe to sleep with tape over my mouth?
Ours is designed for sleep, with a vented centre, and it holds lightly enough to come off at any point in the night. Do not use it if you cannot comfortably breathe through your nose. Can I talk or drink with it on?

Does it hurt to take off?
Not if you take it off properly. Peel slowly from one corner, along your lip rather than straight outwards. Warm water helps. Do not put moisturiser around your mouth before bed, because it stops the tape sticking and makes removal worse.

It sticks to skin, so it holds best on the lips themselves rather than the hair around them. Trim where it sits if you want a firmer hold.
