My husband snores, so we decided to try the 18 point 3 nose strips and mouth cover. We were happy to find that they made a noticeable difference to our nighttime experience. The mouth cover has a slit so that you don’t feel like it completely blocks oxygen if you do need to mouth breath. The stick on nose strips also does not leave a sticky residue on your face in the morning, like most nose strip brands he has tried.
I also tried them one night when I was struggling to sleep. Unlike my husband, I’m generally a poorer sleeper, so I was pleasantly surprised that I found them helpful that night! It was great to discover something that made the experience a little easier.

I first gave the nasal strips a try and was shocked how much easier it was to breathe, then I thought let's look really scary and I'll try the mouth tape at the same time haha SUCH a game changer!!
I actually tried the magnetic nasal strip when I was coming down with a cold because my nose was stuffy and breathing felt difficult but this opened up my nasal passages perfectly and I slept all night.

Common questions
What if my nose blocks up in the night?
You breathe through the vent. That is the main reason the tape has a hole in it. If it happens often, that is what nasal strips are for.
Is it safe to sleep with tape over my mouth?
Ours is designed for sleep, with a vented centre, and it holds lightly enough to come off at any point in the night. Do not use it if you cannot comfortably breathe through your nose. If you have breathing difficulties, asthma or a blocked nose, speak to a healthcare professional first. Skip it on nights when you are unwell, congested or have been drinking.
Can I talk or drink with it on?
Yes, muffled. You can also drink through a straw, and you can open your mouth if you need to.
Does it hurt to take off?
Not if you take it off properly. Peel slowly from one corner, along your lip rather than straight outwards. Warm water helps. Do not put moisturiser around your mouth before bed, because it stops the tape sticking and makes removal worse.
I have a beard or moustache. Will it work?
It sticks to skin, so it holds best on the lips themselves rather than the hair around them. Trim where it sits if you want a firmer hold.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The adhesive is hypoallergenic, latex free and fragrance free, designed to be gentle on skin. Everyone is different, so if your skin doesn't agree with it, give it a break and let us know.
