My husband snores, so we decided to try the 18 point 3 nose strips and mouth cover. We were happy to find that they made a noticeable difference to our nighttime experience. The mouth cover has a slit so that you don’t feel like it completely blocks oxygen if you do need to mouth breath. The stick on nose strips also does not leave a sticky residue on your face in the morning, like most nose strip brands he has tried.
I also tried them one night when I was struggling to sleep. Unlike my husband, I’m generally a poorer sleeper, so I was pleasantly surprised that I found them helpful that night! It was great to discover something that made the experience a little easier.

Give it a couple of nights. The first night or two you will notice it, the same way you notice anything new on your face. After that it settles, and most people get to the point where they forget it is on at all.

I’ve used the nasal strips on nights when hay fever made my nose feel particularly stuffy, and I found that breathing through my nose felt easier while wearing them. I’m personally not a big fan of having something stuck to my nose when I sleep, but I kept reaching for them on the nights I felt congested because they helped me feel more comfortable.
I’ve tried nose tapes before but struggled with the stickiness of them, but so far, these ones have been pretty good! I like that they have a non-sticky part on the bridge part of the nose, so it’s not a mission to peel them off in the mornings

These nasal strips are simple to use, comfortable and worked really well for me. I found they helped open my nose and made breathing easier during the night, and they stayed in place while I slept.
