Where does the name come from?
18.3°C/65°F, the figure most commonly cited as the ideal bedroom temperature. Sleep organisations put the range somewhere between 15°C and 20°C, and 18.3 sits in the middle of it. We took it as our name because sleep is an environment problem before it's a willpower problem.
