How it works
1 Stick a patch on each side of your nose. One patch per side, just above the flare of the nostrils.
2 Clip the magnetic frame onto the patches. The magnets find each other, so it sits where it should without fiddling.
3 The frame holds the sides of your nose open. It is rigid, so the lift stays the same from the first hour to the last.
In the morning the frame comes off and gets kept. The patches come off and get binned. Next night, fresh patches, same frame.

How do I know which frame size to use?
All four sizes come in your first box. Try them, keep the one that sits comfortably, and that is your size from then on.
Are they safe with a pacemaker?
No. The frame contains magnets. Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or certain implanted medical devices.
How do they differ from the classic strips?
Classic strips are flexible, single use and one size. These use a rigid reusable frame that comes in four sizes, so you find your fit once and replace only the adhesive patches after that.
Are the patches safe for sensitive skin?
The adhesive is hypoallergenic, latex free and fragrance free, designed to be gentle on skin. Everyone is different, so if your skin doesn't agree with it, give it a break and let us know.

If they do not suit you, email support@18pointthree.com within 30 days and we will refund you. On a 1 Month pack, keep it, opened or not. On a 3 or 6 Month order, keep the first pack and post the unopened ones back, and we'll refund the full order.
Are they comfortable?
Give it a couple of nights. The first night or two you will notice it, the same way you notice anything new on your face. After that it settles, and most people get to the point where they forget it is on at all.

I’ve tried the full 18pointthree range and the Magnetic Nasal Strips are definitely my favourite. I found they really helped open up my nose at night and made breathing feel easier. They’re comfortable to wear and, most importantly, they actually stay on all night — the little adhesive tabs are seriously sticky! I’ve genuinely felt that I sleep better when I use them and they’ve become part of my bedtime routine.

I have to say, I was really impressed. I’ve struggle with air flow at night for years and these totally solved the problem.
